James Stephenson

Partner James Stephenson has worked in London and New York for Lawray Architects and Richard Meier and Partners, where as an associate he held design and management responsibility for multiple residential and commercial projects. He earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in design and architecture from the University of Florida.  He has extensive experience in the real-estate industry, with a focus on investment-property development, and he holds a real-estate broker’s license in New York.  He is a registered architect in Florida, New Jersey, and New York and a member of the American Institute of Architects.  He is also active in the arts community.

Sam Roche

Partner Robert Samuel Roche has worked in Chicago and New York for architects Thomas Beeby and Robert A.M. Stern. He co-wrote the book Plans of Chicago about American city planning, and he has taught design studios at the University of Miami and Benedictine College. He earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in architecture from Princeton and Yale universities.  He is a registered architect in Florida, New Jersey, and New York, and he continues to write about architecture in a forthcoming scholarly article about a major Ancient-Roman monument.
