New Jersey Beach House

Renovation of a large beach house on a barrier island re-plans the interior and adds new living space within the existing footprint. The great room is raised to the top floor for light and views, with new or expanded porches at each end and improved access to an existing roof deck, via an enclosed stair. Elsewhere we added two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a ground-floor game room on the back garden.
