Renovation of this nineteenth-century townhouse re-worked the exterior including new casement windows and a steel deck on the back garden. The interior was re-planned for larger public rooms including a street-facing kitchen, and for three bedrooms and two baths above. A separate one-bedroom apartment occupies the ground floor.
